Eva uses massage techniques when is needed in her treatments.  Eva also practices feet massages to enhance the efficacy of her acupuncture treatments using some specific region recognised in reflexology.

Generally, people use massage for either general relaxation and wellbeing, or to address a specific complaint, such as pain or limited range of motion. Research suggests massage therapy may contribute to both goals.

Before your massage, let Eva know which parts of your body you want them to avoid. For example, many clients aren’t comfortable with having their abdominal area massaged. Eva will know how to avoid any sensitive areas you identify and still give you a therapeutic experience.
 You should always feel free to express any discomfort when undergoing a massage.
Absolutely! You are always in control of yoursession. Feel free to ask Eva to pause or stop your massage if you’re uncomfortable with any aspect of this treatment.

I am insured by Balens insurance.
I am qualified with a Naturopath-acupuncture Diploma from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in Bristol after studying for 4 years naturopathy and acupuncture.
On top of it I have a Nursing Diploma after studying for 3 years.
